Valeriana Service is a locally owned, family-owned South Florida plumbing company serving homeowners, businesses, contractors and property professionals throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Bruno Pereira, Owner / Lead Plumber, has been performing plumbing work since 2015 and founded Valeriana Service in 2022 to build a company capable of handling everything from everyday service calls to technically demanding plumbing projects.

Today, Valeriana provides residential and commercial plumbing across a wide range of needs, including plumbing repairs, leaks, drains and sewer work, water heaters, water treatment, including whole house carbon filtration, pressure-reducing valves, repiping, backflow services, new construction and major piping projects.

Valeriana is intentionally personal. When you contact us, you are not being pushed into a call-center maze. Customers can reach Bruno directly by phone, text, WhatsApp or FaceTime. When photos or video can help explain the problem, send them. When a live video call can save time, use it. When the situation requires an in-person look, we will tell you that too.

Not every plumbing issue can be priced from a photograph, and we will not pretend it can. Some problems are straightforward. Others require inspection, access, testing or a better understanding of what is behind the wall, under the slab or inside the piping system. We would rather be clear about what we know and what still needs to be evaluated than make a promise based on guesswork.

Plumbing Experience Since 2015

Bruno began performing plumbing services in 2015. After years of hands-on field experience, Valeriana Service was formally established in 2022. That history matters because plumbing is learned in real conditions: homes with aging piping, remodels with surprises behind walls, water-pressure problems, difficult clogs, water-heater failures, construction projects, filtration systems and the countless details that separate a temporary fix from a proper solution.

Valeriana combines that hands-on experience with a business model centered on direct responsibility. Bruno remains involved in the technical side of the company, while Operations Manager Antonio Miranda helps coordinate customers, communication and day-to-day operations.

No Generic “Free Estimate” Gimmick

We do not advertise “free estimates” as a marketing hook. Instead, we start by understanding what you need. In many cases, Bruno can review photos, video or a live FaceTime call and discuss the work without charging for that conversation. If a job requires an on-site visit or deeper diagnosis, the next step is decided based on the situation. The objective is to give you useful information, not make a promise before we understand the problem.

How the Valeriana Process Works

A plumbing problem is stressful enough. The process of getting help should feel straightforward.

1. Call or Message Us

Tell us what is happening. You can call, text or WhatsApp. Bruno can also use FaceTime when a live look at the issue is helpful.

2. Show Us the Problem

Photos and video can often answer questions quickly. Send the fixture, leak, equipment, piping, water heater, filtration system or affected area when it helps us understand the situation.

3. We Determine the Next Step

If the scope is clear, Bruno can discuss the work and pricing with you. If the problem needs inspection, access or deeper diagnosis, we will explain what needs to happen next.

4. You Understand Before We Move Forward

Our goal is for you to know what work is being proposed and why. When the price and scope are established, you approve the job before we proceed.

5. We Do the Work

Valeriana performs the plumbing work with attention to the system, the surrounding property and the requirements of the project.

6. We Stay Accountable

This is an owner-operated company. If there is a question about the work, you have direct access to the people responsible for the company.
